Loved the food! We got the appetizer sampler and the quesadillas were outstanding. I got the chicken fajita burrito and my boyfriend got the mole enchiladas. Both were delicious. We shared the margarita flight and we both agreed the cucumber margarita was the best. You get a view of the airfield with the prop planes taking off. The service and excellent and we'll be going back :)

Went in with a group of 6 with no reservations on a Monday night and we were seated right away. Our waiter was super helpful with drink and food recommendations. I wound up with a happy hour margarita and fried shrimp tacos with mango salsa. The Chips and salsa were good. Ask for the hot. It is much better than the two the bring with it. The shrimp tacos were delicious. I think I would go with the grilled next time. They were big. I did not finish them. The happy hour margaritas were lame. Tasted like lime juice. I ordered the skinny margarita. Much better. You get what you pay for. Skip the deal and go for the real. Thanks. Great place.

This place is absolutely amazing. You can have delicious food while watching planes take off and land. It's absolutely amazing. The service is fast and friendly. The place is great - lots of windows and awesome vibe. You have to check it out!

Visited 12/30/2024 https://casamachadomex.com/ I had company for this one so even though there was nice large serving sizes we still had leftovers for another meal the next day. This is an interesting location as it is located at a airport above the terminal on the second floor. Check out Their Website Link. Lots of indoor seating with a fair amount of booths along the windows overlooking the air strip. Service was good for the most part. There is Full Bar Service available. For a Starter we ordered The Sample Plate loaded with Flantas, Taquitos, Nachos, Cheese Quesadillas, and Guacamole & Sour Cream on the side. Pricy but Tasty and a large Serving for the money. For our Main Dishes Loretta ordered The #2 1 Chili Relleno Plate Combo. Very Tasty but needed a bigger pepper and more Cheese inside. Good Coating and cooked well and Great Flavor. I ordered The #16 Combo Plate. Birria Taco and Pork Tamale. The Birria Taco was nice with moist tender shredded beef. Could have used more seasoning especially salt. The Pork Tamale was very good with a tasty filling and moist masa. Beans were excellent and the rice was tasty too. All in all I would come back to try more of their menu. Prices were a bit higher than the going price for a Mexican Restaurant here in SD but still worth a visit. Happy New Years Everyone. Looking forward to my next Adventure for 2025

Our annual Christmas gathering has been held her for a few years. Service is always nice and accommodating. On special were their #StreetTacos and I chose #BeefBirria. The tortillas were not dipped in consommé and fried but it was served as street tacos with birria filling. Their dipping sauce was not consommé but it was tasty. I thought the #Guacamole was overpriced-cost as much as an entree. #HappyHourMargarita was a bit watered down and finally the #Churros were hot, crispy with berry filling Overall the meal was tasty and satisfying

My new go to place!!! Love it for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! The menu is extensive and the food is great!!! It's a challenge not to get stuffed on their amazing chips and salsa! You have to try it!

This is definitely a great go to for authentic Mexican food! Everyone is so nice and informed of the menu whenever I had questions. The place gives cozy cantina vibes with great views of the airplanes going by.
